1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using https://alltradeestimation.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services
   AllTrade Estimation provides trade-specific estimating / takeoff services. We deliver estimates based on the information you (the client) supply (drawings, specifications, scope etc.). These estimates are for planning/bidding purposes.

3. Estimate Disclaimers / Non-Binding Nature

   • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, estimates provided are not final, binding contracts. They are based on the data you supplied at the time.

   • The estimate may change due to changes in project scope, unforeseen site conditions, material price fluctuations, labor cost changes etc.

   • Validity period of estimate: Each estimate is valid for [e.g. 30 days] from its issue date unless specified otherwise.

4. Delivery & Lead Times
   We will deliver estimates / reports in the timeframe agreed upon when ordering. If delays occur, we will communicate them, but are not liable for indirect losses caused by such delays.

5. User Obligations

   • You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information needed for us to perform services (plans, specifications, project info).

   • You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g. trying to access restricted areas, violating laws).

6. Intellectual Property

   • All content, methodology, reports, drawings, takeoffs provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   • You may use them for your business purpose; you may not redistribute, resell, or claim them as your own without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllTrade Estimation is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential losses (such as lost profit, loss of business) arising from your use of the estimates or services.

   • Our liability in any case is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific estimate or service in question.

8. Changes to Terms
   We may update or change these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, we will post the updated version on the Site, with revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
